Michael Brooks is the heartbeat at the center of Hope Plan. After a unfavorable Cancer diagnosis, Michael was left with more questions than answers, worry about the future and a realization that he still has a lot of wisdom, memories & love to share with his children & family. This sparked the idea for Hope plan and it's mission.

At Hope Plan, our mission is to provide support and guidance to individuals and families, particularly those facing chronic illness. We believe in preserving the most important life events by offering resources and tools that inspire hope and healing while preserving your legacy for decades to come.
